最初被称为校园安全法, the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (20 USC § 1092(f)) is the landmark federal law that requires colleges and universities across the United States to disclose information about crime on and around their campuses.   • Require institutions to describe the range of protective measures that the institution may offer following an allegation of dating violence, 家庭暴力, 性侵犯, 或跟踪;

  • Define the terms “proceeding” and “result”; and
